Spring Fling held its 11th annual show and it was an undeniably a great show. The weekend started off with us cruising out from Orlando, Fl a little after 8pm. About half way there we had our first casualty. My buddy Cj’s F-150 blew out the rear seal his tranny spitting up tranny fluid everywhere. So after evaluating the situation and not being able to fix it on the side of the road at 11pm we decided to leave the truck at a rest area for the weekend, Because there was no way we were going to miss the show.
Once we got back on the road it was smooth sailing all the way to the hotel. We made it into town just after 2am, and just cruising the strip on the way in let us know how great of a weekend it was truly going to be. Aside from all the eye candy floating around in Panama City Beach the trucks and cars where defiantly kick ass too.
Saturday morning was uneventful with a good old fashion breakfast buffet at some “steak, shakes, and pancakes” place. And once we were stuffed it was time to cruise into the show. The morning started off slow but by noon there were more cars and trucks then the eyes could see. And you can defiantly tell all the rides were top notch. And once the Extensive Caravan rolled in they had all eyes on them. Aside from their bad ass tow rig they also brought the Hummer and Caddy. And we all know that was the center of attention for most of the day.
Sunday was great as well. There were a few rides that didn’t make it out on Saturday that did so on Sunday. And those were really calling for attention and boy oh boy did they get that attention.
All in all the show was a hit and you will defiantly see me there again next year.
